Sport Off Days

I will be training and working a different muscle each day and during those days will consume around 2800 calories a day to help fuel my muscle growing.

Now what about off days ? If I still consume 2800 calories will it go towards repairing my muscles even if I do not work out.
 
the body works on trends. your diet should be consistent, day in/day out.

How long have you been training? If its less than 18 months of consistent weight training, you are not ready for 'single muscle group split' routine. You'll do more harm than good.

I always ask, because lifting like a bodybuilder is the #1 mistake most beginners make.

Ah ok because I was at another forum and this guy who pretty much knows what to do suggested I did that instead of other every day (2 muscle groups at a time.
