AHey, I thought I'd get the thread up :). Pick your date, and weigh in weekly ^^. Good luck everyone.

I hit 229 today! So happy. Although I slept in and didn't go to the gym. Ah, well, Monday is a new day!

I was so mad because I missed the September one. Well, it's October and I'm not making the same mistake twice! >:O

Losing 18 Pounds in Four weeks will be a very hard goal for me, but I think I can manage to get it. Wish me luck! =)

Goal : Loose 3 kg this month.Its going to be difficult cause my weight is NOT dropping as quick as fisrt...Well ill try my best!

Ok my forum buddies!!! My CRUISE is 31 days away!!! So wish me luck...its a big GOAL this month!!!
My goals this month is 8 pounds.....I have to kick it in gear to be at my mini goal of Nov 3 of 170 pounds...aka 50 pounds lost!!!

So I am readjusting my cruise goal to 175 pounds....its probably the best I can do...and I think is more realistic....it was my original goal when I look back at my older diary posts....so I am not to disappointed.

OCT 3rd .....178.8

OCT 10th .....179.2 (WTH.....ugh!!!!....I am not a happy camper!)

OCT 17th .....178.0 (better than nothing!!)

This month I'm looking for progress and persistance not perfection. I'm hoping my weigh-ins will look like more like steady progress, less like fluctuations..... meaning I will need to be more consistent in my calorie intake. I'm hoping to lose 4lbs because this seems like good steady progress at a rate that can actually be maintained.
