For the first time in eons, I'M IN!!!

October 3 - (predicted 183):
October 10 - (predicted 182):
October 17 - (predicted 181):

October 31, BOO - (predicted 179):

A pound a week at this point is all I want or need. And if I do that, I should bust into the 170s.
 
I totally bailed on the September challenge, but I am weighing and counting calories so this will be the first of many good months.

October 01 - 304.2
October 04 - 299.2 (goal 301) -5.0 week and month
October 11 - 293.8 (goal 299) -5.4 week -10.4 month
October 18 - 290.8 (goal 297)
October 25 - (goal 295)*New Goal 288.8
October 31 - (goal 293)* New Goal 286.8

Pretty aggressive, but I weighed 301.8 this morning so Saturday's 301 isn't ridiculous. 2 pounds a week is aggressive, but I need an aggressive but safe rate of loss. This 300 pound BS is cramping my style. Bring it October! I'm not scared!

I'm going to take it steady at 1 pound a week. Should keep me on track for my Christmas goal weight. Anything below 131 would be a new low weight.

3/10 actual= 133.8
10/10 aim= 132.8 actual= 133.2 Not great because I haven't done much exercise at all this week, just 1 run. Going to sort that out today!
17/10 aim= 131.8 actual= 131.8 hurrah!
24/10 aim= 130.8 actual=
31/10 aim= 129.8 actual=

Well I didn't see that coming. Theoretically that should make the rest of the month easier, but obviously when you have a weigh in that much lower than anything so far, there's probably going to be some bounce back in the other direction. Was 182 yesterday and 184 the day before. Still a great start.
 
So no end of the month goal like Vee, but I did almost hit next week's goal this morning (+.2). 5 pounds lost since Wednesday and belw 300. I'll take it. I may go as the ghost of 300 this Halloween.

Other than my Dad's birthday party (with a piece of cake too big to fit into calories), I've done well during the week. That 179.5 (and the 178.5) was a bit of an aberration on the low side, hopefully the 181.5 is a bit of an aberration on the high side. Still under target.

Didn't quite make my goal for this week. I was 211.6 yesterday though, and was good on my calories. I'm guessing the bump up this morning is just water retention. Was looking back at the food I had yesterday and some if it was high in sodium. So hopefully I'll drop back down tomorrow.

I've been really good the last week. I've been sticking to around 1350 calories and doing the treadmill every other day. Feeling pretty good. :)

Almost to my month end goal this morning. I lost more weight week 2 than week 1. I'm also below my pre-injury low weight.

Drank a little bit too much consolation beer last night, but otherwise have done quite well this week. That 180 is more like 179.75 and even 180 is ahead of pace right now, so I'm happy.
 
Your non-linear system continues to exceed your linear projections. Also you are below your average weight for this month by a third of a pound. If you assume that an arithmetic mean represents a value reduced in variation, then today's weight shows a downward trend for the month. Either way, awesome!

Still 208.8 this morning, which I'm not really surprised about. I know I'm retaining water. My calories have been great, so I expect a good sized drop tomorrow or Sunday. Hopefully 205 won't be too far away for next week's goal. We'll see how the scale treats me this weekend. :)

I had been under 180 for each of the last five days, but too many beers last night may have hampered things a bit. Anyway, still on pace for that 179 next week.

Yikes. Had a major jump on the scale this morning. The last couple days hasn't been the best though. Chef's parenting are visiting until Saturday. So Wednesday night we went out to dinner and last night we ordered pizza. Both dinners were very carb heavy. My calories have been more around maintenance the last couple days, so hopefully the jump up is just from the carbs and sodium. I did lose 4 lbs this month though, so I'm not going to complain. :)
