I admit it. I'm obsessed with quavers. With the excuse that they are only less than 100 calories I eat at least one maybe to and on weekend I reach the 3 bags a day.

Is that healthy? Ok is not but can I allow myself to have this daily cravings?

Thanks

Didacus:)

They're pretty crappy, but not horrible.

If you insist on eating them just limit yourself to one bag (20Grams) a day.

It's not the healthiest thing in the world, especially with the saturated fat content. Basically for people in the US who don't know what they are, I did a wikipedia search, and they're like pringle chips.

If I were you I'd thin slice an apple and stick them in the oven, low heat, and make some apple chips to snack on. I suggest making them at home as premade ones are a little on the expensive side and are usually coated with small amounts of coconut oil or similar.

I think I'm going to try it also. Although I find this difficult to replace as quavers I can buy it everywhere and the apple thing... well I don't have an over in the office hehe. But I'll do my best:)

I found that with foods I craved once I cut down on them or cut them out completly the cravings soon went away.
Have you seen those adverts theyve been showing that eating a packet of crisps a day is like drinking so many litres of oil a year? Enough to put anyone off im sure!
PS I know what quavers are, being in the UK myself lol

I might give up quavers. I'll think about it hehehe.

Yes I live in the UK!!!
