you can do Side Plank, Side Bends and also Oblique Crunch (Elbow to Knee)anybody know oblique body-weight exercises? i don't really know how to target them.

i know im really l8 to this thread, but i also have that problem and i find that side planks do nothing, and i can hold that position for ~5 min, by which time my back and delts just get exhausted....
i would try lying on your back and then doing as so...
