Oblique exercises?

side planks.

what have you tried? I think my obliques are growing? I'm working abs every day, one day focussnig on the front then the next on the sides, and I continue like that. I do a lot of side bends for the obliques, it actually seems to be working, weird enough..

I tried Side planks and the bending to the side kind of sit ups. I tend not to do my abbs that crazy! i do my abs every 2nd to 3rd day. Thats a ton tho compared to what i do on every other body part which is like once or sometime twice a week. Your gonna be huge i reckon karky man, if your doing abs every day of the week thats like dedication and you clearly love this site as well. you have done a ton of posts too, But still thats good coz your gonna be big one day! Not to say your not already pretty big but im thinking you could get your pro card for bodybuilding if you wanted it. You started out kinda skinny to dident you?

I started out at about 68kg, skinniest guy alive :p Was tall back then too.
Well I don't do abs everyday, just every day at the gym, which is every other day, and then I alternate those days between front and sides.

anybody know oblique body-weight exercises? i don't really know how to target them.
you can do Side Plank, Side Bends and also Oblique Crunch (Elbow to Knee)

You can find the Oblique Crunch Free Exercise

Twisting Sit-ups
