Hi,
I notice in a lot of diets people eat oats for breakfast and I hardly see bread written down.
Am I missing something important about oats?
The only time I eat oats are when I make Anzac cookies (aka flap jacks) but these are not very healthy as there's a lot of butter and sugar involved.
I tried making a porridge once to settle my morning sickness, but how would you make it tasty without adding loads of sugar?
Teach me, teach me about oats as most of you seem to choose this over bread
