Sport Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie

Playin' with the blender and I think I just invented this. :D It was pretty good -- tasted just like a big oatmeal raisin cookie!!!

2 scoops vanilla whey powder
1 package Quaker Weight Control Instant Cinnamon Oatmeal
1 11.5 oz. box raisins.
4-6 oz. H2O
4-6 large icecubes.

Blend it all together.

Best I can tell it works out to about:

490 Calories
7g Fat (1.5g sat.)
59g Carbs
48g Protein
8g Fiber

Split it in half and down each pre/post workout. They sweeten the oatmeal with Splenda which is still too sweet for me so I think I may just try it with plain oatmeal and throw in some ground cinnamon next time.
 
Well crap - now you've got me wondering if I should give it a go - looks great! Though I think I'd use cooked old fashioned oatmeal OR steel cut oats with grated cinnamon... hmmm that might work...
