Why not just eat oatmeal?

My local superstore is called Asda and when I search on the website for oatmeal I get the following results

I have no idea which one to buy?

yes, Plain, Old Fashioned Oatmeal...that or steel cut oats.

you don't want ANY flavored oatmeal, and no 'instant' stuff.

I have heard that steel cut is superior.

Not sure on the basis of nutrients, but GI doesn't change, if that's what you're referring to. It might be as far as the vitamins/minerals, but I'm not sure.
