Sport Nuts

Sport Fitness
Well i read everywhere that it's good to eat nuts for their protein and good fats... but the other day i was looking at this website which has the nutrition label of every food possible. It showed that all the nuts have a 4-5 grams of
Polyunsaturated Fat and Monounsaturated Fat. What are these fats? Ive never seen them on any other nutritional labels.
Also, what is dietary fiber?

Poly and Mono fats are great for you. They are called, "good fats." Trans and Saturated fats are, "bad fats." Thoughs good fats are just another good reason to eat nuts. Dietary Fiber is just a non-digestible carbohydrates. Basically, it's all the same, and good for you.

how much of it should you eat. Cuz i heard peanuts and other nuts have a lot of calories.
And what does soy nut taste like.

If you are looking to gain weight, it would probably be a good idea to eat atleast a half cup or how ever many calories your diet needs. If you are looking to lose or maintain weight, eat a couple palm fulls. This is all according to nuts without salt ot sugar. A little salt won't hurt though. Peanuts have a lot of protein so they are usually consumed in big portions by people who want to help get some mass. Soy nuts are much like any other nut. It tastes similar, but I don't care for it.

Eat whatever fits into your end of the day totals. :)
