I love all kinds of nuts especially Almonds and hazlenuts. in an effort to boost my intake of natural protien I have started snacking on these, is this good or should I be looking more to different foods?
I don't consider them a cheat food at all...but moderation is necessary.
anyone clicking my fitday link will see, I eat up to 1.5oz of almonds or mixed nuts every day, plus fish oil, and occasionally flaxseed oil.
i find nuts work great with a protein shake...adding fat to slow down digestion so it sticks with you longer, and you don't end up hungry 30 mins later.
