Sport Nutrition question starting p90x. Please help

Sport Fitness
Hello
So I started P90x today. I've been thinking about it for a long time and I've gathered lots of information. I still have a few questions about my breakfast. I guess I just want to make sure if I'm eating/drinking right. I drink 64oz of water.

8:30am Breakfast
So I made a shake or smoothie whatever you wanna call it.
1/2 cup of yogurt (used Chobani - Greek Plain Non-Fat Yogurt)
1/3 cup of whole milk
1/2 of blueberries unsweetened
2 spoons of peanut butter
and ice.
How many calories do you think this is? I'm not sure...

Again I'm just starting so Not sure what I need to add or what I need to take out. I'm still deciding on which whey protein to go with. I also have baked shredded wheat and was thinking to have that for tomorrow with skim milk.

12:00pm Lunch
My lunch will be Salad with 2 grilled chicken patties. (no steamed broccoli)
For dressing I'm using Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil Dressing.
I grilled the chicken myself with some a few drops of olive on top and some black peppers.

4pm (Snack) will probably have a bar or a banana.

8pm Dinner
Since I don't want to eat before working out, For dinner I will have brown rice and beans.

Now I'm 25 and my height is 5'7, I weight 155.
I don't want to lose weight but just maintain it. According to myfitnesspal I should eat 1800 calories to maintain it. I'm not sure what I'm eating is 1800. Seems around 1200-1500 to me?

try out calorieking.com. i have the little book you can carry around in your purse, it has a lot of info! calories really add up quickly! but it doesn't seem like you're eating very much...

i searched for a few things you mentioned and here's what calorieking.com said:

Chobani plain, fat free yogurt (6oz)- 100 calories
3oz whole milk (a little over 1/3 cup)- 55 calories
1/2 cup blueberries- 42 calories
2 tablespoons peanut butter (creamy, with salt)- 188 calories
breakfast totals: around 385 calories

1 tablespoon olive oil (average all brands)- 119 calories
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (Hain Pure Foods)- 10 calories
1 cup shredded cos/romaine lettuce, raw- 8 calories
1/2 breast chicken (3oz), w/o skin, roasted- oddly enough doesn't come up with just plain grilled chicken, just fast food restaurants and such.
but i found it in the "pocket book" i have: 140 calories (if you're having two, then 280 of course)
lunch totals: around 417

banana, raw (small, about 6-7 inches long)- 90 calories

1 cup, long grain, brown rice, cooked- 216 calories
you didn't say what kind of beans, so....dinner totals: around 216 calories

that's about 1108 calories. (without the beans :D) you'll need to eat more than that to have enough energy and be nourished. especially with a workout plan like p90x.
