Sport Nutrition if you cannot chew

Sport Fitness
What are good sources of nutrition if you cannot chew (much), such as when you are recovering from oral surgery?

Obviously, things like:

soup
very ripe bananas
soft tofu
plain yogurt
hot cereal made with extra water
mashed potatoes or sweet potatoes, or poi
protein powder shakes

Other suggestions?

Regarding protein powder, if whey protein is used, what types have no or low enough levels of lactose that people who cannot handle lactose can use them?

Blend your food

Blend your food

Yep. What you normally eat, blended. Don't be a ****y, man.

I can shoot you some pretty tasty protein shake recipes from when I was V Dieting, if you want, but since you can have carbs, it shouldn't be hard to figure out on your own how to make delicious ice cream like smoothies. :D

ok its kinda funny but not too long ago i did something really stupid and was doing some mma sparring and didnt have my mouthguard in, well 6 teeth later due to a well placed round kick i had your same dillema. not wanting to lose weight and wanting to be satisfied with what i ate i found a few things that got me full and kept my caloric intakeup.
meatloaf
mashed potatoes/sweet potatoes
oatmeal cooked with about anything you want in it
bread pudding
brown rice pudding
tuna or chicken salads (grind or mince it instead of just mixing with a fork)
gespacho (veggie soup tomato based and pureed)
just about anything you can eat whole you can blend or grind
