Okay, I'll start by stating a few things about myself. I can eat up to three large pizzas and still be hungry, I'm not bulimic, and my metabolism can can process a huge meal in about fifteen minutes sometimes instead of the longer time it should. I also you to starve myself and after a few days I don't even begin to really notice it. I'm not sure if any of that was abnormal, but it seems a bit weird to me. Alright, now to the format.
Stats:
Age - 20
Weight - 168 lbs (can fluctuate between 162 - 178 lbs in any given week depending on the food I eat, water weight, and how much I exercise)
Male
Body Fat - Minimal
6'0"
1) Goal: I use to box, so I know how to get the body I want. What my current goals are to limit my fat intake and to keep my body as I want it without having to spend as much work exercising. Price could be an issue, so any diet would have to be affordable. My main goal is to pack on lean muscle on my abdominal sides and to more properly define my stomach. I've decided to forgo boxing for now and am merely wishing to work on my body while I have some free time.
2) I work on an island and all my food is free. As such I can't choose my own diet and thus... unhealthy food. I'll be leaving the island in about 30ish days, so this is just basically my first grocery list when I get back in shore . Our meals are 7 am - 9:30 am breakfast, 11:30 am - 1:30 pm lunch, and 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm dinner. All I can really say about the food is... full of fat and unhealthy. Not many alternatives, but I just exercise more out here to help compensate a little.
3) I can hike for 8+ hours in a day sometimes. I use to run up to 10 miles a day (treadmill), but that wasn't for long. I use to do a steadyish 4 miles a day, again on the treadmill. I was running recently, but it's been getting colder out here... so kinda stopped a bit. I use to do Pilates, but lately I haven't been doing it. I use to box and had a regiment for that, but I don't want to use that anymore. I've mountain climbed, kayaked, etc. My fitness level is more of an active lifestyle combined with a semi-professional level of training involved. Currently I'm not in as much shape as I use to be. I can probably run about 2-3 miles uphill, sprint for about 20-40 minutes, mountain climb all day, hike all day, etc. I'm fine answering any other questions that I forgot to list the answer to.
Other Info:
I would rather not have to eat a ton of meals all day, but I'd be willing to throw food in measured amounts in baggies or other containers if it's an easily transferable item. I'm not really that much of a cook, but I can learn easily enough. My budget is probably going to be one consisting of a barely above minimum wage for a while and then after that I'll be able to afford anything really. I'll be in Portland, Maine right after I get out of this Island. Maybe someone can make use of that.
