I recently decided to get back in shape. I am 6'2" , 26 years old, and I have gone down from 245 to 188 since the beginning of July.
Now I have built up from walking 3 miles a day to trail running 6.5 a day. I am trying to figure out how many calories I should be eating a day to maintain/lose a little more. I also wanna start weight training soon to bulk up some now that I have lost the majority of the fat.
I also am working construction pretty much full time now, days vary in activity though.
I eat about 1200-1500 calories a day at this point, diet consists mostly of turkey, chicken, fish, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, fresh or frozen/canned veggies, wheat bread or tortillas, power bars(hour or so before I run), fat free dressings, mayos, and milk, cheerios, coffee, and that's about it.
I just could use some opinions on what I could be doing better. What I am doing wrong or right, stuff like that.
