I know there's probably a bunch of threads like this, I would look for them if I had the patience. I also know that it's important not to focus on scale mentality, but I'm just wondering.
I've had a scale number gain. My weight went up four pounds, and I'm not quite sure why. I had one cheat day this week at 2600 calories, but I've done pretty well otherwise, and I've also been doing exercise. I exercised for four and a half hours in two days. (yesterday, and the day before). 90 minutes of that was swimming in the salt water pool that I swim in.
Normally I try to eat 2100 calories, sometimes it creeps up to 2200 calories, which isn't the biggest deal for someone who is already like...256(now)lbs.
I am also treating my thyroid with Eltroxin XX dosage, which is what the doctor reccomended, and it seems to be well under control, so I don't think that's it. I've been dealing with it for quite a bit now.
Perhaps I should just not weigh for a couple weeks? or could it be something else?
