Now eating

I sinned bad today :/

brunch: fatty lasagne
lunch: kebab with fries (what is it called in the states btw? see for pics)
dinner: pizza (pinapple/ham/beef fillet/shrimps)

Im seriously considering cutting haha and its october lol

So what did you all have? confession time!!
 
Another day of clean eating for me however I am very jelous of the pizza you had.

You guys are gonna be fat! Without the ph. lol.. Although getting drunk for two days sounds like where the funs at.
 
I've done well today, but the last two days were really bad for me. I blame not being able to shift back into school mode since classes started up again on Monday.

I had a meal at Arbys, takeout chinese (sesame chicken and spicy chicken), a slice of carrot cake, and a soda (not diet).

I'll be paying for all that for the next 3 or 4 days......but sometimes you just gotta cut loose. Or something.
 
I've been doing alright.

Mostly its been egg whites (a few yolks), salmon, a steak (only ate the lean), a lot of ceasar salads without dressing... wheat toast, weetabix cereal and fruit. Weetabix, by the way, is the worst cereal known to man... but its healthy!

The omlett guy at the hotel HATES when i order just egg whites, because he can't separate the yolks with the shell for some reason, lol!

I have however had a few french fries (i can't resist when they're right in front of me), a small fried chicken breast, and some beer.
 
Well I just got back from the gym and cooked up...
-2 whole eggs
-4 egg whites
-4 slices of wholegrain bread
-8 rashers of smoked english think cut bacon.

Yum yum - works out to 20g fat, 58g carbs, 55g protein. total of 650 cals.

AWESOME>
 
Today's been so hectic...I had a pint of 2% milk and a pint of OJ for breakfast and a bottle of water and a small pack of fig newtons for lunch.

(I don't usually eat that badly)
 
For breakfast at 9 am I had white rice porridge with salmon (simple carbs everywhere), a p-shake, and a rockstar. I also popped all those delicious vits.

It's now 3 pm and I'm on my second meal of fried white rice (we usually eat brown, but lately we've had an excess of white we needed to get rid of.), which consists of bbq pork, beef, broccoli, oinions, green onions, garlic, and eggs.

The worst part of the day was getting raped on the Anatomy exam though.
 
My neice (who is nearly 4) made me some chocolate brownies for my birthday. I had no choice but to eat them cos when I said I would have them later (intending to give them away to friends) she cried.

you did the right thing though! making a 4 year old cry is far worse than the extra calories from the brownies!
 
cutting@2700kcal - man I was hungry the first days but the body is adapting and me to, eat loads of veggies instead.

For lunch today I had pickled herring, boiled potatoes, tomatoes, cabbage and sour cream - a lot of lunches look like this.

Damn! That fried rice sounds so good. I haven't had any in ages.

Anyways, the past two days where really bad since my cuzs come. Well yesterday for breakfast, we went out to eat because my cuz wanted to go. I had eggs, hash browns, and 2 suasages. For lunch, we went out again to a buffet place. At first I didn't want to have much but then I decide I could make it before after. I had 2 roast beef sandwhiches, some fruits and vegetable, and a small slice of cherry cheese cake. For dinner, all of my family went to a Chinese Restaurtant. I had some steamed veges, and a place of beef stir fry. Not much.

This morning, I had 4 egg whites and one yolk, a banana, and 2 pieces of toast. At lunch, I eat mac and cheese with an apple. That is about it.
 
only ate about 8'000kcal on my eating day, didnt want to overdo it :D

Hate having lunch out, ate some wook thingie with 5million diffent stuffs in it, how am I supose to know how much calories it was :/
 
I just had the worst eating weekend ever...I had like 10 large slices of pizza (in total)
