Alright, i was just wondering how on earth it's possible to eat enough in order to gain muscle mass. It's said that 6-8 meals per day is the best. Not only this, the food you eat has to have a lot of proteins and carbohydrates.
So my problem is, firstly, that i'm very lazy when it comes to cooking food. If im hungry, i usually just warm something in the microwave, or cook pasta, that's all the effort im ready to do to fill my stomach. So, my question is, are there any of these cheap, easy-to-do meals that have the required ingredients for gaining muscles out there?
Secondly, how should i ever be able to eat so often? Since i go to school every weekday, and at some weekdays i'll go out with friends or go to work on the evening, i wont have enough time for eating. First breakfast, then lunch in school, school ends at 4, then dinner at half past 5 (after workout), and finally maybe some sandwiches before i go to sleep. That's 4 meals per day, which isn't enough. Not only this, the lunch in school doesn't probably meet my needs for proteins and carbs. So, is 4 meals a day enough to gain weight? Any ideas how to solve this?
cheers
