Hi all

I reached my goal weight just recently of 58kgs - actually got down to 57.5kg by the time I started my re-feed. The thing is, I put on 2kgs on the re-feed straight up :( and that was by day 4:confused: so I went back 2 days and stayed at 59.8kg’s no change. I then decided to go back on the original weight-loss plan got down to 58.2kgs. The last few days I have been eating pretty much to the Cohen’s Plan - few extra bits of cheese here and there and the old red wine and have managed to stay at the 58kg mark. I just can't understand why when I was on the re-feed I put the weight back on at a rate of knots?? Anyone have any ideas? I am 166cm tall and the weight range I was given was 57kgs to 60kgs (I know I was still in the range at 59.8kgs, but it worries me what would have happened if I kept with the re-feed}.

I have decided that over the Xmas period I will continue to stick to the basic principals except perhaps Xmas day and the nights between now and Xmas I will probably have a couple of drinks then come boxing day go back on the original plan exact for 2 weeks then start the re-feed again. Does this sound ok to you guys? I haven't phoned my consultant just yet - As crazy as it sounds I feel like I've let her down after she told me how fantastic I had done. I didn't deviate at all during my initial plan .... I feel like I've gone and lost the plot:eek:

Any input will be much appreciated.

Wow, Congratulations fitby40. Well done. You have achieved so much. I can't help with the refeed but please don't put down your achievement and what you have gained. Whilst I can understand your confusion I really don't think you've lost the plot, not when you've avoided any deviation thus far. Again, well done. :)

hello

I think you should ring the consultant, i've heard chelsea mention she gained 1 kiloon her refeed on the bread day and she had to go back two days but i'm not sure on what she had to do on that, i'd be getting it sorted so that you finish your refeed as quickly as possible so then your not having to worry about what you eat as much.

Just a quick question, how much did you have to lose and how long did it take.

cheers merry xmas and good luck with it all, and a huge congrats on your amazing achievement, well done..
