Not sure what to do.

Ok, I am looking for a solution. I am 24yrs old and active (for the most part). Well i am really skinny especially my legs and butt. I would like to get my arms bigger (not too big though). I would also like to get my legs and butt a little bigger, too.

I currenetly eat very healthy but do not eat much fat or protein. I have been told to start taking in a bunch of protein but I am afraid to because i dont want to bulk up and everytime I do take on a little weight a lot of it tends to go to my chest (Im not interested in man boobs)....strictly want to focus on my arms legs and butt.

What are your thoughts???

Muscle will generally only be gained in the areas you train. As for fat, unfortunately, there's no way to control where it's stored. That being said, there's no reason why taking protein supplements should make you gain a lot of body fat if you're working out.

I suggest that you try a powder protein supplement such as whey. If you're not about to eat a meal with protein in it after your workout, then it's a good idea to do this. A "bunch" of protein is probably a little misguided though. Around 25g should suffice. (The most your body can absorb at one time is around 30g.)

Ok, I will pick some up tonight. I dont actually "work out" like at a gym. I do quite a bit of physical activity at work and I do 50-100 pushups and 50 sit ups every night. Is that enough exercise while taking protein?? I plan on taking about 30g protein twice a day.

Gym is the best place in which we can do the best workout in our routine life and this is the thing that we can get lot of the information from our seniors at the gym.
