Im not sure which diet to go on again..
I was on the South Beach Diet but I lost 15 lbs in 14 days and it just didnt stay off, I know its my fault tho lol but I found it SO hard! I dont know if I could do it again.
I was thinking of counting Calories and then trying to burn off a good portion of what i have consumed..
for instance, if I counted 1800 calories for myself I would try to burn off at least 1000 (which is 55 minutes of jogging for me..). I also do other physical things, like horses, PE at school, blah blah! But recently, I was diagnosed with having excersised induced Asthma.. so I havent done any cardiovascular excersises as I get short of breath..
any input on diets would be awesome!!
