Ok I started working out around 2 months ago and i was told to take creatine and that it increases performance, so i bought the gnc brand creatine monohydrate and i took for maybe 2 days. My cousins works out at a local golds gym and told me that it was bad and to stop taking it. I still have it and havent takin it since. I bought whey protein and take that after every workout, and now im thinking bout buying l-gluatamine. Im 17 and im just not sure what i should take or if i should even take anything.
