Not sure what i should take? Need INFO!!!

Ok I started working out around 2 months ago and i was told to take creatine and that it increases performance, so i bought the gnc brand creatine monohydrate and i took for maybe 2 days. My cousins works out at a local golds gym and told me that it was bad and to stop taking it. I still have it and havent takin it since. I bought whey protein and take that after every workout, and now im thinking bout buying l-gluatamine. Im 17 and im just not sure what i should take or if i should even take anything. For all the three suplments if i should take them and there not bad how much should i consume, and when should I.

Creatine is not bad, there has not be a single study that has said it is dangerous, it actually has a host of health benefits beyond athletic performance.

Whey protein is good.

Don't buy glutamine, it's a waste. If you're going to supplement with anything else, make it fish oil.

So fish oil does the same thing as glutamine cause i know that glutamine makes it so your muscles dont get eaten up you could say. With creatine if i do decide to start taking how much a day should i take.

the problem is, the ONLY research that has shown l-glutamine prevents muscle wasting, is when its dying AIDS patients. In studies with normal, healthy people, glutamine doesn't do anything except lighten your wallet.

Creatine is NOT dangerous, as long as you don't have existing kidney problems.

Thanks for all the adive everyone has givin me but i have one more question at least The creatine i currently have in creatine burst from gnc i want to know if that one is just as safe as any other creatine.
