not sure if i should be taking creatin

Ok im new to working out, i used to work out 2 years ago but I really havnt done anything since and now im 6 foot 3 261lbs so yeah... im getting kind of fat. I got some creatin and some cellmass but my question is should i cut some weight off before using? I have had one workout on it and i did all upper body lifting and i could tell a diff for sure i took 2 scoops of noxplode. But as i read more im not sure if i should be so intrested in gaining body mass yet. anyone who has anything to help me with is good.

There will be many varying viewpoints on this, but from my personal training experience, I would hold off on supplements and concentrate on doing cardio. Loose the weight, then you'll be able to see what base muscle structure that you have to work with.

For now, the only main supplement that I would recommend is glucosamine, as it will help with muscle soreness, and potentially protein, for the same reason. Just watch the diet and do as much cardio as you can stand, and ensure that you vary your workouts.

I agree

People run to quickly to supplements thinking they are a quick fix.

IMO...I dont think you should be taking creatine or weight gainer (mass inducer) products. In fact it seems incredibly counterintuitive to me. I am no supplements expert, but if your trying to lose mass, then mass inducing products should probably be avoided.

People say NO-XPlode is good for focus and a little extra push in your work-out. You say your kinda fat and out of shape. Not sure NO-Xplode is terribly healthy for you. I took NO-X a few times. It wires the crap out of me. I cant handle it. It's like a warm cup of crystal meth for me.

My pops (a pediatrician by trade and general practitioner currently) does not like these products at all. The cause an expansion of the blood vessels with one ingredient and then the stimulant causes a retraction. He said "that's just not that good for you".

If your at all interested in doing this naturally, bananas will stave off cramping too.

My 2 cents.

You want to stick with cardio for sure. If you don't like beating
up your knees to death on a treadmill, hop on the spin bike for
a quick session. You need to be burning more calories than you
take in to lose that weight, so intense sessions can do a whole
world of good

that seems really hard cause i looked at some calorie calculator thing and it shows for my body 20 y/o 260 lbs 6 foot 3 i would only burn about 350 calories for running 2 miles so u know i cant even keep up a jog for 2 miles straight. what the heck am i to do? i would have to run like 10 miles per day?

If you want to loose fat and not do long stints of cardio here is what you so. You will keep muscle mass aswell by training this way.

You can perform this 2 ways. I day weights and 1 day cardio.
Or if you are really keen, morning cardio, evening weights.

Limit your cardio to sprint sessions or interval training on the treadmill.

For example, Walk for 45 seconds, then sprint as fast as you can for 20-25 seconds then walk then sprint and so on. Do this for 10-15 minutes a day and it is all you will need.

Look at sprinters for example, They are muscular, ripped looking creatures, Whereas long distance runners and scrawny, drawn looking things.

Keep your cardio short sharp and intense. Same with your weight sessions!

As for supplements

Train for 2 or so months before taking anything other than protein.

No explode is complete crap and caffeine should NOT be mixed with these products.

If you are going to buy an NO2 supplement make sure it is caffeine free.

Hope this helps

No one is 'giving you credit for a great post'. You are being robbed, brutha. I think I'll rep your Etch a Sketch post right now. :sport:

Edit: I tried but got the error "You must spread some reputation around before giving it to Littlea again". Apparently I must have given you that one green dot already.

I got in trouble for ripping that jack nutz

I cannot defend the no marketing rule anymore. I tell you that I enjoyed that guy. He got really steamed at me.
