Hey, can anyone tell me if these foods are healthy

1st (my favorite)- Grilled chicken cutlet on a roll with L&T and tabasco (from a deli)

2nd- Grilled chicken with peppers and onions w hot sauce (from a healthy, not fast food, mexican resturant)

3rd- Whole wheat pasta with tomato sauce, peas, grilled chicken, with a touch of parm cheese.

I am trying to gain muscle and lose the bit of fat left on my body (i am 6-3 168 pounds).. i have the willpower to keep to my workout regime but I struggle with maintaining a healthy diet. I really enjoy these three dishes though, and was wondering if you think they are ok for me.

Looks okay to me. The chicken is whole chicken breast I assume and not the processed type? I eat grilled/baked/boiled chicken quite often, put garlic salt (I dont use table salt on my foods), and Parmasen on my chicken as well. I love it. Sometimes I will spead home made salsa with it: MAN this is good! Some foods tend to have enough salt in them, so I dont add any (table salt), and garlic is a better alternative, anyway (IMO).

He,he.

From the information you posted, I dont see any problems in the content of the foods. Other then questioning what "type" of roll you were referring to in number 1.

Well, I do know that you'd really have to be cautious eating out because some sauces have a surprising amount of calories in them.

I don't see much wrong with what you're eating, you should probably find out about the hot sauce on number 2 though. As far as I know a lot of chilli sauce's can have sugar in them.
