I stand at 157 cm and weigh at 60 kg, I think it went to 59 kg but now back to 60 kg..anyway.. how do I motivate myself to workout harder in the gym..I used to at the beginning, but I guess I have slowed down alot. These days, I am just controlling my food more..and exercise has become a routine stuff..I am just doing for the sake of doing it, I paid for the gym membership, so I have to go to the gym. The motivation to lose weight is not there anymore..
I still need to lose about 10 kg more..I would look just nice, I could wear beautiful dresses. and I know I would feel confident.
Also, my arms seems to have some lose fat..do you think its because of the weight loss or ..because the fat is now lesser and the next 10 kg loss would make it look nice. Or is it because I lost fat and muscle...I do cardio and leg extension, leg press, carry about 10kg weights.. lunges, situps. I blend weights and cardio once a while, say perhaps.. 2 times in a month, otherwise..its just cardio
