Okay... so... Feb.. and march.. weigh ins weren't really so good for me....
Well.. I'm rethinking what I need to do to lose weight...
While I didn't gain weight in Feb... (okay a little towards the end)
I didn't accomplish any of the goals I'd set, so I decided to rethink what I need to do, and do what I know I needed to do.
So, I'm doing it... working out, that is....
I don't really know why it took me as long as it did to get into the swing of things, but I'm starting to enjoy exercise again, and I'm doing it, at least every other day.
Since the challenges are really personal challenges to yourself, I guess I don't need to apologize, but I'd like to apologize for not keeping the energy going in the club challenges, at least not on my end.
I'm probably not going to focus on these challenges for now, I just need to exercise... so.... I'll be around.
