Hi guys,

I've recently gone back to working out more than I used to and have switched to red rice as I couldn't give up rice completely. I'm 5'2 and with a weight of 59kg (130lbs) and it seems like i'm stuck to losing weight from 57-59kg. I really want to lose more (fat %/weight) and it seems like i'm not progressing at the moment. Is it possible also that when you have your period you can't seem to lose weight despite working out? and after getting your period you do lose a bit more then it goes back when it's that time of the month again. Help! :/

Hi

There are some simple but effective home remedies that you can try to kickstart the overall weight loss process.

For one, first thing in the morning, have a glass of room temperature water with the juice of half a lemon squeezed in it. Lemons contain pectin, a fiber that gives the feeling of being full, and, tends to suppress hunger pangs. If you are not hungry, you will cut down on food intake, especially sugary fattenning foods.

You could also regularly drink more water (about 2 ltrs per day), this helps flush out the toxins and definately helps in weight loss.

I have tried both the above and the results were pretty good. Hope this helps.
