Not loosing

Hi All

I have hit a fork in the road:confused:

I have had some steady weight loss in the past 4 weeks. Then this past week- nothing, I have even gained :( Not much, around 300gms, but still a gain.
I have been strict on my diet, exercising and drinking plenty of water. Nothing has changed from what I have been doing.

Surely I am not at my plataeu? I bloody hope not, I have a long way to go yet.

Any suggestions or advice?:)
 
change the diet and exercise to shake things up.
go from say cycling to walking, or weights to swimming etc.
Change the diet around etc.
It knocks the body off the plateau :D
 
Wishes is correct, after a certain period of time your body will adapt to different types of exercise you are doing. Your best bet is to change things up every few weeks to keep your body out of a rhythm and continue losing its maximum ammount of weight.
