Not looking for specifics, but could use some advice.

I'm trying to come up with an efficient way of working out with my terrible schedule. I don't want to go to a gym, but here's what I'm doing with my basement and what I was planning on doing.

I've got a stationary bike, some dumbbells, and a sauna in my basement. So, I was planning on doing a half an hour to an hour of bodyweight and dumbbell workouts like every other day of the week to give my muscles time to rest. Then every day I'll do a half an hour to an hour of biking on the stationary bike for a cardio workout. Then on the days that I take off from weight training I'll spend a half an hour in the sauna just to relax and help my muscles recover.

I figure that'd give me a good cardio and resistance workout that I can do whenever I have an hour or two. I'm not looking to get ripped our anything, just wanna get my body fat percentage and weight under better control. What do you guys think? Is there something I could probably do better or would I kind of be wasting my time? Should I add something that I'm missing? Let me know what you think.
