Not looking at the scale

I realized when I don't look at the scale. I have a bit more motivation to lose. I am trying to go 2 weeks without looking at the scale. I am on week 2 now, Friday is my weigh in date. What does everyone think about the 2 week wait idea? :D

The scale can't give you the best results anyway, especially if you combine a healthy diet with exercise. Muscle weighs a lot more than fat, so you could be gaining weight, while getting slimmer. Better indicators are body fat and the mirror (which I use mostly).
 
I absolutely agree with you PTDIRECT....I've seen in the past when I havn't lost any pds, i did loose inches and thats a big help! It definetly keeps you from getting discouraged.
