Sport Not Hungry Anymore

Sport Fitness
I have been having a problem lately with not being hungry at all throughout the day. I eat every 3 hours, proteins/veggies, and my carb meals after workouts. I just have to force myself to eat and I usually fell gross while I am eating. I'm not even craving junk food anymore.

On the other hand I have been getting real good results lately. Has anyone ever had this problem? Should I try to switch things up for a little while?

Is there an anti-diet pill that will make me hungry? lol

ya that happened to me too, i started taking protein and healthy foods and working out, and i sort of lost my appetite for food at times. maybe were being very food conscious without knowing it?

Have you tried changing up some of your food? If you eat chicken breast everyday, try lean beef or lean pork sometimes. Try adding some sipces. I add lots of them to my meat and vegetables...Cumin, cayenne, pepper, anise, tumeric, basil, oregano...all offer a host of health benfits, low/no calories, and add variety and taste to our food.

Also, if you're not hungry after 3 hours, why not try waiting 3.5 or 4 hours? I think that would still be frequent enough, at least until your appetite gets back on track.

That is a good idea, for the most part I do that now. Around the last month I have been eating real plain just because I have no will to eat. I really have no appetite at all, and I don't feel hunger at all but If I go a few hours with out eating I will feel light headed and sick.

Not really sure what to do, I may try to switch up my meal times. It is the worst in the mornings.

I have had this happen to me as well. My workouts are strong, my mood is good, no day to day problems. But I have a lower appetite, and when I do eat, my stomach just feels funny for a little while. My problem just passed on it's own. If it hasn't been happening for too long, don't panic, and just try to keep up and as phil said, try switching things up a little bit. Give it some time and see if it just works itself out.

I felt like this last week. I didn't pay too much attention to it. But I did notice that today and yesterday I was very hungry and had to kinda fight a crave for sweets.

Last night I took a rest day, hadn't had one in tooooo long, and slept several hours (almost 13).

It's almost like a momentum gets built up and then a cool down, or a cycle gets complete. if that makes any sense at all.

Don't worry man, I've been exactly the same for about 6 months, I eat about 7-8 meals a day now so I never have an appitite and sometimes even the thought of eating makes me feel sick but then I look at the progress I'm making and it becomes worthwhile.

Switching up your diet can bring possitive results and it keeps your body on its toes so maybe you could try adding a cheat day every now and again

BTW, How many calories are you eating a day?

I don't track calories, I just go off instinct.
