Sport Not eating enough of something?

Sport Fitness
I'm worried I may be eating "badly".. or eating too much of one thing.. I eat a banana and oatmeal for breakfast.. and an apple + banana for lunch + sandwich.. sandwich and lettuce/lemon + tomato + grapes for dinner (lol on a budget.. so my sandwiches = bread + mustard + ham).

I can afford to buy different things.. but I just dont know what would compose a "nutritional diet".. without cooking.. maybe I can cook eggs but that's about it.

I thought of buying multivitamins and more protein based foods but I cant think of anything that doesn't require cooking

A good multi vitamin wouldn't hurt, but it won't make up for not eating well either.

Why can't you cook anything at all? Do you not have a stove? I'm sure time is an issue, it usually is for many people. Fixing some of the food the night before, or on Sundays, is a good way to save a lot of time if you don't have time to get up and fix everything in the mornings.

It's good that you are eating fruit, but you need more veggies, and more protein in there. Tuna is a good source of protein that doesn't require cooking, as is cottage cheese. There are ways to get in what you need, even if you are busy, it just may take some practice.

Is all cooking out of the question or are you just talking about things that take a long time?
Omelettes only take a few minutes and you can chuck veg in there too
Other than that, if I snack it's usually on nuts or seeds, they hold lots of protein and good fats

Check out the healthy recipies section of this forum for some good ideas. Unless there is some reason you literally CAN'T cook. If it is just because you don't have the time my only suggestion is find the time....you DO want to reach your goals don't you? ;) We all have to make some sort of sacrifice, for some of us it is some of our free time to be more healthy.

This is going to sound retarded, but how do you make an omelette? I, too, am a very horrible cook.
