Okay so , I have always struggled with my weight and the main problem for me is my eating habits. I work out but it's not consistent. Sometimes I'll go heavy on cardio and do 25 miles a week and other times I don't work out for a whole month. I'm here because I want to maintain motivation to eat healthy and wholesome foods and maintain a consistent workout regime. My goal is to lose at least 30 pounds. I'm going for long term goals and realize I won't see results in a day but I do want to get results no matter how long it takes.
My biggest concern right now is the excess fat I have on my thighs and middle. Any workouts or diet suggestions would be helpful. I do weight training but need help organizing the workouts.
