Ok so I've had major knee injuries in the past and I'm now not allowed to run at all. If I do run there's a very high chance that my knee will just go right out on me.... and suggestions on other cardio work outs?
Swimming, bicycling, walking, elliptical. These would be easier on your knees, but I would still ask for professional advice seeing as how you have had major knee injuries.
Dislocated my right knee 5 times and my left knee 2 times in under a year, my knees are what's called "Knock kneed" It's a 'rare' condition as I've been told. It's where the bones in your legs don't line up right so your knees bend in toward eachother. With that the mussle pulls on my knee caps and pulls them to the outside. Plus my knee caps are up about 1 and a half almost 2 inches too high so there's literaly nothing holding them in place.... and remember, I'm only 14...
