Sport Normal to eat a lot?

Sport Fitness
Okay so I am back to exercising after not doing it for three years. I am ready to get back in shape:sport:.
I am 5'3 1/2" and 112 lbs! I am size two. I have a good body, but just want to tone up and get a little muscle on my arms and legs and abs. I been working out for over two weeks now and I am noticing my appetite increasing like crazy! When I do not work out I eat twice a day and I am fine! My exercise routine is (I have my own home gym) three miles on the treadmill (I love this machine!) on 3.4 speed, and I lift weights for about half an hour! I do this after dinner time around 8 or 9 at night. I always get hungry after working out and I cannot say not to food so I eat. I fix myself a hearty sandwich with cheddar cheese. I am also noticing I am hungry in the morning so I eat before lunch and snack after lunch, then dinner (bigger meal than before) and I eat again. Is this normal? Will my appetite get back to normal or will it increase even more or what?

You're burning more calories when you work out, so your body needs to intake more calories in order to have the energy for regular function. (Have you ever seen the meals that elite athletes eat? Maaaaaassive.) You shouldn't be worried. Your body is just regulating itself. You're not overeating.

hi,
You are not overeating, your body is try to seek the nutrition which are helpful to you. It is normal to eat but should be in the limit. After your body completes its gaining nutrition from the food, you eating becomes the extra fat for you. Eat but In the Limitations.
