noob to forum (not to lifting, though)

Hey all. New guy on the forum. Basically looking to get the most bang for my buck out of a protein, a thermogenic, and a muscle builder/test etc. Worked out regularly for about 6 years until time and money got in the way of my membership. Have a few odds and ends around the house that I can get a good workout with, but need a little something to really get me going again. Basically looking to get in shape for mountain biking and hockey, and overall fitness. Of course. Oh, and somewhat quickly. Hence the desire for some, uh, good supplements.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

as far as supplements the only ones most here agree on (and most other sensible message boards) are multi-vitamin/minerals, protein powders, fish oil, creatine, glucosmaine, etc

as for thermogenics, the E/C stack is hard to beat.
