I assume you mean for resistance or "Weight" training... because for a total body workout you need cadio as well as the weights. And for the cardio part - well, go running ;-)
Now, for the "weight" training, there are all sorts of things you can do. Buckets filled with water or sand make great substitutes for dumbells. Or you could go find a tree and do your pull ups. Why not look at situps and pushups as well. Or lunges (holding something heavy if you can). Any of these things will help with your resistance training if you don't have any equipment. Just make sure to work out every major muscle group as though you had the equipment and you will be fine!
