No2

Has anyone tried NO2? I was given a free book (read like a pamphlet but as long as a book) about NO2 written by discoverer of Creatine.

Anyway, I have more than enough info on it but does it work? Anyone tried it?

i havent tried it but the majority of those who have were not impresses by it

isnt that Nitrogen Dioxide?

isnt that similar to the fuel used in drag racers?! (Ok thats nitrous oxide...but whats the diff?)

haven heard of it as a supplement before.

i have been taking NO2 for about 9 months and the only thing that i can see it being good for is recovery time... i recover almost immediatly... i can really push myself and will never be sore... i stopped taking it for about a month and i was sore for roughly 2-3 days after my regular workouts... other than that, its pretty useless... i continue to take it because i like to push myself hard and not be sore...

nitrous oxide is N2O ;)

yeah, NO2 is nitrous dioxide like I said. ive never heard of it being used before.

If it gives massive boosts in muscle recovery, why do you deem it 'useless'.

If it made me recover instantly I would think it was a great supplement.

if you read my post you will notice that i said that its pretty much useless other than helping to recover quickly... i said that because i did not experience anything else the book claimed...

well I havent read the book, so I couldnt guess that was what you meant.

any people take multiple supplemets e.g. creatine for energy, whey for growth, glutamine for recovery - maybe No2 coul be a better alternative to glutamine?

how much does it cost?

To Xander
Here in the states it ranges from 40 dollars to almost 80 for 180 capsules that you take twice a day three to four pills at a time. While figuring that out supply you also have to do the dollars to pounds/euros conversion - just too much math.

so thats around $50 (£28) for a one month (30 day supply).

hmm. fairly expensive, I pay about £25 a month for protein powder so theres no way I would spend another £28 for NO2 (unless i suddenly became rich!)

NO2 is nitric oxide. I have found this supplement for 30 bucks for 180 caplets - 8 caplets a day. That is about 23 days worth. I have not started taking this yet but my friend said it has worked very well for him. He said the "perpetual pump" that this product claims to produce is definatley true. I'll post again after I have tried it and let ya'll know my results.

where did you find it for $30?

oooooooh, you meant products with nitric oxide... i thought you meant the supplement named "NO2"

i hear Pinnacle NoX2 is a alternative to the brand "NO2", but i have never tried it...

which one is your buddy taking to feel a perpetual pump? the only time i ever feel that pump with "NO2" is on bicep day...

He is taking NO2 by MRI? - the kind they sell at GNC. It's $65 bucks a bottle or something like that with his gold card discount.

yeah, thats what i take... i think im going to try a different brand to see if they can do anything better than to speed up recovery time...
