No2?

so i have been hearing a lot of hype about this stuff. is it really as good as it sounds or just a bunch of promotional hype?

Just say No, No to No2.

All it does is keep the blood vessels open longer so your muscle remains engorged giving you that pumped look for a longer period. It adds nothing permanently.

Waste of money in my opinion.
You get just as much benefit from L-Arginine at much lower cost, which is what I use regularly.

^ agrees w/ the above

i've used it, so not worth it....stick to the natural. and if your gonna go with anything, go with creatine. at least that way there's more info

If you have a lot of money to blow, than give it a shot. You'll like it because it seems like you're getting extremely fast results, but really aren't. It will give you a pump that lasts for hours, making it seem like you've gained fast.

It DOES supply your muscles with more oxygen, due to more blood flow. Meaning you can work out for longer.

For the cost of it, it's a rip off. But don't listen to people when they say it's a scam, and it does nothing.

There are a lot of small negitive effects you can't avoid though.

A) You're going to need to drink about 4L of water a day
b) you're going to need to pee almost every 20 min
c) you're going to have trouble sleeping
d) you're going to be all jittery, as if you just had 10 cups of coffee

those are the effects you really can't avoid.

well if it helps u work out longer then how come its not helping you? dosent working out longer give u better results later on

Personally, I think if your pump lasts longer, then you are helping your body supply more nutrients to the muscle. Seems logical, right?

I agree about the creatine, but it makes you hold so much water. I don't like that.

^^^^^thats what sounds logical to me thats why I was askin about it.

Well is there anything else that would be a good idea to go on if this NO2 turns out to be a flop, right now im taking creatie and protein as well as drinkin a lot of water.

If you are taking creatine and protein...you shouldn't need NO2. Make sure you have L-Glutamine and L-Arganine. That will help you fight muscle atrophy

L-glutamine and L-arganine are in most protein shakes, correct?

Yeah, they will say so on the label. Most DO have them, but some (every so often) don't. They are key though.
