I've been taking NO2 for about a month now, maybe a bit more. I've had pretty good results from my workout routine. Not great but I'm making progress. I have no idea if the NO2 is actually doing anything or if it's merely the placebo effect, but hey, as long as I'm getting results and no side effects I'll keep taking it.
So anyways my question is should I be taking the NO2 on days when I don't work out? I typically weight train 4 days a week and I try to do cardio 1-2 days. I make sure to take the NO2 on days I weight train and I try to take it on days when I do cardio too, since the bottle boasts increased endurance and hastened muscle recovery. So what about my day off, and times when I just can't get to the gym? Is there any benefit to keeping the stuff in my bloodstream? I figure if the NO2 stays in the bloodstream then it might be a good idea to keep my dosage up on off days, but otherwise it's pointless because it doesn't really help build muscle as much as allow you to train harder in the gym. At least that was my understanding of it's function.
