NO Xplode

I've been taking NO Xplode for about three months. I cycle roughly 4 weeks on/1 week off. The most that I ever consume is 2 scoops (even though BSN recommends taking 3) which is fine with me considering that every scoop has 100 mg of caffeine :eek:

I'm happy with my results, but I'm afraid that my gains might be short term.

Any advice?
 
Use the search function. Or just look at the rest of the supplements forum.

You'll find plenty of information about how NO product don't actually provide any benefit. you're just paying a LOT for creatine, caffine, and some taurine. you'd be better off buying pure creatine, and drinking a cup of black coffee pre-workout.
