no-xplode

Ill sum it up for everyone...after your supply runs out, dont restock it.

i have been having good luck with it myself i am gaining muscle and losing fat and it gives me that extra boost what do you say that? i am half threw a tub of it now

personally, i feel the day i would take this would be the day i need to stop lifting. now i understand there are ppl taking this preworkout and benefiting from it and others are using it for the temporary pumped look. but neither applies to me as i dont need a boost before training and i dont lift for cosmetic reasons

Its all in your mind, its all in your mind. Dont you think you could be losing fat and gaining muscle due to the fact that you're exercising. Try not rebuying and see what happens, thats the only way to tell.

I take NO Explode and I like it... But the"New Formula" doesnt give me a kick like the old one does... Just have to add more scoops to your serving, I believe the bottle says 3 scoops is the highest you should go. And believe me, 3 scoops makes a strong ass tasting scoop!
I take 2 scoops right now when I take it and I was shivering the other day before I went in the gym and it was like 80 degrees here in Kansas!

Anyways, I said I wouldnt buy it again, but I think I will...

keep in mind, NO Explode isn't just creatine. it has 'hemodilators' and caffine.

if you like the caffine kick, drink a big cup of coffee before lifting, or a No-Doz pill. hella lot cheaper than NO Assplode.

Hmmm

I have done alot of research on the net on no-xplode and I will have to agree, it probably doesn't match the hype that the pro-sites and posts give you, but, I also want to take a moment to express something.

Most of the cons against the product follow the path of 'it doesn't work' and 'its a placebo effect'. Well, here is my way of thinking.

Basic Rule (For Me, Proven and Tested by Me): Muscle gain comes from good nutrition, lots of protein, consistancy, and pulling out those couple extra reps of those heavy weights you gave up on a few days before.

Now, if a product is safe and 'placebo effect' or 'no placebo effect' gets you those extra couple of reps and you start seeing results, then heck go for it (if you have the money). The 'it doesn't work' response needs to be followed with 'for me'. Because, even if it is a placebo effect, it IS working for you.

The question is, could they get the same results by not taking it. Well, if it is a placebo effect that is causing their gain, then a person stands the chance of losing that effect mentally when they quit taking it, thus lowering their mental strength.

Most bodybuilders I know will tell you that a good percentage of building muscle come from mental strength, its being able to push yourself to your limits, much like any sport.

Me 2 cents.

Ok, but is it ethically ok to charge someone $40 for a tub of 'snake oil' just for the placebo effect?

And besides its less of a placebo effect, and more of a "any gains made while using the product are going to be attributed to the product, not your own hard work, which is where 99.9% of the gains came from".
