No - xplode vs. Kre-Alkalyn

just wondering what the benefits of having creatine / nitric oxide combination were?

as well do you think i would see more results if i took kre alkalyn tablet and a nitric oxide tablet (BSN's Nitrix) insted of the no xplode mix?

NO2 products are a waste of money.

So is Kre-alkalyn.

Get yourself some regular monohydrate...you know, the stuff that actually has scientific research to back it up.

I did 8 weeks Stacking Nitrix, No-xplode, and Cell Mass. I Had super ass gains in endurance and strength and Size, it gave me a itch to work out 24/7. + my Muscles stayed hard all the time. also where can you purchase monohydrate and does it give your muscles that Perpetual pump? and whats the benefit of takeing Monohydrate? never heard of it.

please ignore Nab's rant about NO2 products. their expensive marketing campaign has tricked him into believing it does much besides a cosmetic pump.

Despite the claims of some in the supplement industry, there exists ample scientific literature to substantiate the efficacy of Nitric Oxide products. The following was written in May 1996 in a document prepared for the Royal Society and Association of British Science Writers:

"Summary research papers continue to flood the scientific journals and insights into the biological activity and potential clinical uses of nitric oxide (NO): a gas controlling a seemingly limitless range of functions in the body. Each revelation adds to nitric oxide's already lengthy resume in controlling the circulation of the blood, regulating activities of the brain, lungs, liver, kidneys, stomach and other organs."

Since the above was written in 1996, Nitric Oxide containing products have continued to be touted by those in the medical profession, as well as by athletes looking to add muscle to their frames.

does monohydrate bloat, and where can i get it?

For some people it does, but not often, I've never had any bloating. You can get it at most nutrition stores, like GNC, etc...but it is way cheaper online.

Stick to basic creatine monohydrate, don't get it with added stuff.

My PWO shake:

2 cups of skim milk or 1cp plain, ff yogurt and 1 cp skim milk.
1 scp ON whey.
25g dextrose
35g maltodextrin
5g creatine.

They are fast acting carbs, dextrose is corn starch, i believe maltodextrin is as well or derived from corn starch. Simply put, post workout is the optimum time to feed your body, the dextrose and malto are to replenish glycogen stores.

i heard so much crap about the whole BSN product line, people sayin its nothin but "hype" so i decided to try myself. well im almost on week 4 of stackin nitrix, and no-xplode. by week 2 i already noticed a pump, wanna do nothin but work out after i take the no xplode and feel a great pump when im done. believe what u want by im happy with the results im gettin so it dosent matter to me what u take. just my 2 cents
