NO-Xplode Opinions Please!!!

Okay so my roommate has been doing P-90X for a month or so now and is interested in starting to take NO-Xplode to give him more energy in his workouts, thereby letting him do more reps, weight, etc.

Personally, I wouldn't do it, but he claims he has been doing tons of research, reading blogs, & he has mainly heard good things about it.

I was wondering what you all think of it? I know there are no long term studies on this stuff and the container itself looks sketchy if you ask me lol.

I appreciate any help on this. Thanks a lot.

I'm sure this has been posted before btw, I just thought there were specific details that were important for the thread....

If all you're looking for is energy go for it. But those are the only gains you'll see from it, and personally I'd rather just use clean caffeine (and do).

I highly doubt he will see much improvement in performance. He'd be better off adjusting his diet and seeing if that helps him feel more energetic imo.

My guess that it will work to give him that extra energy boost, kinda like creatine. Had a friend that took it w/o working out; lazy bum. but he did have extra kick when we played basketball.

NO Xplode

It's like a warm cup of crystal meth. I tried it a few times. Wired the **** out of me and got in the way of a good workout. I dont see how it could possibly be good for you. It expands your vascular system allowing blood to flow better, but at the same time it is a type of speed (regardless of what the marketing goons call it) and speed constricts the vascular system. I don't think you are supposed to do that to your self.

Exactly what some have already said, use if your wanting a kick Pre-workout but im sceptical about NO. Are there even any reliable sources that prove it actually helps hypertrophy?

I mean i know it's aim is to increase blood flow to muscle, but does it REALLY work.

NO Xplode will not give you better workouts, or better gains. Its all in your head.

I can't even feel the 'stimulating' effects, just the vascular pump.

So far the only person who's benefitted from my trial of NO Xplode was my wife. It does give an extra pump in EVERY muscle in the the body.

I'm serious....go look at any of those 'get a bigger ****' pills and they're all loaded with arginine.

NO Xplode is a spendy way to get some creatine IMO.

hes looking for an extra kick of energy?
what kind?
N.O. gives you this jittery anxious feeling and if you take to much gives you a horrible upset stomache and can even make your breathing short and shallow, or even dizzy. The worsrt part is you don't know how much is "too much" till you get there.

Personally its a waste of money.

If he wants a more energetic boost, naturally, with a supplement, and not in the "I'm taking some speed" range. I suggest Animal Pack Multivitamins. They really aren't to expensive and they have natural B vitamins for a god energy boost plus ather vitamins for better gains.

Sincerey,
Wilhelm.

I personally won't train without NO - Xplode. I've tried many different creatines... and this one made a huge difference.. even after I used it for a while I switched to another one to see what would happen, and truly my endurance at cardio and/or weights faded ... caused mentally or physically, I don't know. When I cycle off it for a little while and then go back on it.. nothing jittery, or bad, just a great workout.

For me, NO Xplode is always on my shelf. No upset stomach here, no jittery feeling, no 'adverse' effects in body, etc.

someone here has an interesting article on NO products and the internal bleeding they have caused. wish I could remember who.

And yeah, all this 'endurance' is mostly in your head. creatine and a cup of black coffee will give you the same 'boost'.

I didn't know you knew me! What am I thinking now? As I posted, FOR ME, I seemed to get more endurance from NO Xplode. I don't drink coffee, but thanks for the offer.

Maybe I should tell you what to put in your body when you don't ask others for advice.

What's in my head is that NO Xplode helps me -- it works for me - therefore when asked for opinions, that's how I phrase things.

And as for your advice to me - when I'm not asking, keep your thoughts to yourself instead of telling me from where my endurance originates.

This is a forum if you don't like people's opinion, then leave. Especially malkore, he's always helping and nice about it (even I'm not), so don't let the door hit you on the way out.

Hey, if you really want to believe that your endurance comes from a scoop of NO2, and not from within your own being...well then I cannot help you. Clearly you have more faith in pills and powders than yourself.

That lack of confidence isn't gonna help you much in lifting or in life.

You don't need to listen to me...its a free country. I have the right to preach, and be ignored.

As they say, no good deed goes without a slap in the face. :action13:

This was your quote to me: As they say, no good deed goes without a slap in the face.

Therefore, when I gave my advice to the initial poster, what did you do? YOU critiqued my advice telling me it was bad advice. SO... I'm glad to see you realize how it feels to give advice and have a third party tell you 'that's bad advice'....

Again, to quote you: You don't need to listen to me... its a free county. I have the right to preach, and be ignored.

Tell you what son, I'll just close the thread since the topic's been thoroughly discussed at this point.
