no weight lost

Hello everyone, I need some help, I have been sticking to a 1400 calorie diet and I'm not loosing any weight. I do p90x once a day.
Here is a typical day of what I eat.
Morning
lower sugar brown sugar oatmeal with whole wheat toast with 1 tbsp of peanut butter and 1 cup of skim milk
Snacks
in the morning
apple with a 90 calorie fiber bar
Lunch
left overs from the nite before
3*3 piece of lazana
snack
30grams of mixed nuts
supper
hamburger on wheat bun and 9 tator tots baked 1 cup of skim milk

Protien is around 60 g
carbs is aroung 177g
can any one tell me why I'm not loosing weight?
 
Not without knowing a few more things about you.

Are you male or female? How tall are you? What is your weight? How long are your PX90 sessions? How do you track your calories?

Just a quick glance at what you eat made me think that you might actually eat too few calories, and are starving your body.

Also, there seems to be next to no fruit or vegetable in your diet. That doesn't necessarily have anything to do with the fact that you're not losing weight, but it's certainly not healthy.
 
also what are you drinking aside from milk? are you sticking to 6-8 glasses of water a day? Are you drinking any kind of juice, soda, coffee/tea?

How long have you been doing this for? Sometimes the numbers on the scale take longer to go down than other measure of weight loss, like inches...have you taken your measurements? If not, you might want to try!
 
No weight loss

I have been doing p90x for 2 months, I would like to do cardio more but I have planter facitis in both feet. I agree I need to eat more fruits and veggie. I'm 5 2 at 165 female. I do the p90x 5 times a week.

I drink water during the day. I know I probably dont drink enough. I think at this point I only drink about 4 glasses a day.
