im currently cutting, and i hear eat no sugar, but bein realistic, sugar is eveywhere, from bread - baked beans, or do people mean, sugar as in blatent sugar like choco, whats the situation on sugar and cutting then? cheers
its mainly the sugar from the obvious 'crap' but it is also worth watching where the other 'healthier' sugars are coming from and when you're eating them.
i love fruit and eat alot but was told to eat it earlier in the day. its healthy after all; 5 a day and all that.
how many grams of sugar do you suggest I stay under when cutting? the only foods i eat that contain sugar are: kashi cereal (6g sugar per serving), fat free strawberry yogurt (4g per), country harvest 100% whole grain bread (7g of sugar per 2 slices), green giant frozen vegetables (5g per serving) and the rest from about 3 pieces of fruit a day.
