NO Shotgun

Has anyone tried NO shotgun? Its a pre-workout drink, like NO-Xplode, but has redline and protein in it. A buddy of mine takes it and loves it. Just wanting to get some thoughts and opinions from here first before I try it.
 
its crap. NO2 products don't actually provide any benefit to your lifting/workout/muscle growth.

it gives you an artificial pump. nothing more. they usually add other stuff like creatine, maybe some caffine/taurine to give you a mental pump.

there's also some research showing that too much extra arginine (the active stuff in NO2) can lead to internal bleeding complications. there's only one study i saw on that, so that's not a final verdict.

but the fact that it isn't a performance enhancing supplement...why waste money on it?


all that said...you know what other product uses arginine/NO2? 'huge erection' supplements...those ones we all get 9,000 spam emails about.

it will put serious lead in your pencil, but that's a completely different kind of workout ;)

I have "Never" taken supplements like this, and I still get morning woods (at 47) that will "bust bricks".:jump1:

Hormones.....friggen........ripe! :)

Brought on by the absolute power of: Diet and Exercise.



Additionally, people look for these types of supplements all the friggen' time.

When the "most concern" should be getting their self to be more consistent and persistent in going to the gym, and learning how to deal "effectively" with their self on their individual dietary habits.

Always looking for some "magic" pill, "device", or "thing".

When all they have to do is look at the person in the mirror, and apply:

HARD WORK.

Overcoming mental weaknesses and learning how to appropriately deal with them:

Mastering it instead of it Mastering you.

One truest form of wisdom is learning to "master yourself" within your fitness goals.

You will learn----rather quickly that the mind game one plays with ones self can either keep one on track, play a roller coaster ride, or throw one completely off track, and all the while, the body is waiting for you to get your SH@T together one way or the other, because it "will" follow what you decide to do:

The body has no mind but will listen to your mind all the time.

No matter what people tell you, the mind can play a "damaging" factor in fitness or a "positive and influential" factor in fitness.

Its "under estimated" and yet so powerful.

You can be the Master Plaster of your own Disaster.....or......the Master Caster of your body Plaster.

You decide which it is.

Don't under estimate "whats happenen in your head" and have it apart of your fitness goals.

Learning what motivates you as everyone is different. If something motivates you, and someone else doesn't understand,----"who cares". Its works for you.

Failure can be a "poison" or a "benefit". You decide which one it is.

Which one are you?

All the times I have worked toward my goals, I looked no further than myself for energy......its there....PICK IT UP!

Its not in a drink.........Buh hum bug! I say!

Sap UP your own strength....BABY!

Energy isnt found in an over the counter bottle. You walk in your own bottle of energy everyday: YOU.

Ya........think if I am NOT getting morning woods at 47, where I can't sledge hammer cement walls, could be an indicator of "some type" of problem?..........he, he......and all of that....but seriously...it can be a medical issue........lol.....:).......geesh. :)

Therefore, beware,,,,,,,,if one does not experience this once in a while.....Testosterone up to snuff.......? Blood circulation good enough?
