i signed up for the gym but its £50 a month and a bit steep really especially if i dont have time. over the past two weeks ive started doing around 40 crunches on a night and i got some weights and have been walking alot. i thought it would make me lose weight but ive gained muscle and got smaller instead of loosing it, but its all still good.
i now kno i dont need the gym.. so anyone thats about to sign up for the gym theres no need in wasting your money. crunches really do work if u want to tone up your stomach. just thought id share lol
