Sport No more diet foods for me!

Well, no more diet soda and no more diet yogurts for me. I lost all the weight I wanted to and am down to 113 lbs. I am going to stick to the healthy foods like salads, etc., and just get healthy low fat foods like mayonnaise, no or low fat salad dressings, etc. As long as I don’t go above 120 I should be fine!
 
Congrats! Good for you, I know just those little things can feel like such a big reward.
