No Explode and Cellmass...few Q's

Ok, Im 18, 147lbs, 5'8 and I'v been trying very hard to gain stregnth and bulk. For a while I was just drinking whey, with breakfast (one serving) and post workout (one serving). Now I do the same thing, but for the last 2 or 3 weeks I have been taking No Explode and Cellmass. I did research and I have heard nothing but good reviews from each. I like what I have seen, I am moderatly impressed with the progress, I wouldn't say I have gotten much bigger at all, but I have gotten reasonably stronger. I realize creatine supps are not magic powders (and I'm not trying to take the easy way out), but I am just looking for a little boost in stregnth. I love the No Explode, because it really does give me more energy during workouts, you can see the veins poopping out more than usual, and you feel like your getting a better workout in general. I am nearing the end of my two tubs, I have been taking 1 serving of No Explode 30 min before workout on empty stomach, then one serving of cellmass post workout and another 6 hours after post workout serving, then two serving of only Cellmass on off days (as the containers recomend). However This sh*t is expensive...

That being said...my Q's.

*Should I just stick to the No Explode and drop the cellmass? (I am more concerned with stregnth than size, and I really like the No Explode results)

*How many grams of protein are in one serving of cellmass, and one serving of No Explode? I do not want to be taking more than 5grams a day, seeing as how I am still developing.

*Is the creatine in No Explode the same as that in Cell Mass, I know the Cellmass creatine is Ethyl-Ester.

P.S.- In addition to this stack, I take 2 Ultimate Man multi vitamins a day, I drink plenty of water, I eat around 3 eggs a day, and have 2 serving of ON whey (split between breakfast and dinner/post workout). I try to eat reasonably healthy...as healthy as an 18 year old can, I play alot of raquet ball for cardio and have a good consistant stregnth training workout i do 4 times a week with plentty of rest.

I think you should drop the NO-Xplode, so you can get real results that are worth working for. Unless all you want is stomach aches and your muscles to look worse later when you do stop taking NO-Xplode.
 
If you're taking this product why don't you look on the back of the bottle? You can go to bodybuilding.com and they usually will have supplement information.

As long as you're not in organic chemistry, they're the same thing.

I think you need to decide what you want. Then drop the cellmass and NOxplode, and buy some creatine monohydrate, if you MUST have creatine. There is NO POINT to take supplements if your diet is ehh.. People eat sh*t, and then want to pop pills to make up for it. You want results? Eat right.

Sorry you can't handle the truth. NO Explode is a huge waste of cash. the NO isn't what gives you energy, it's the sugar and caffine they add. The NO itself just pumps a little more blood, giving you a 'fake pump' that's temporary...and as cosmetic as applying lipstick.

And rather than toss extra cash at CellMass, just buy some ordinary Creatine Monohydrate, and take 5g post workout, every day (even off days).

that's all you need.

if your skin is too thin to handle the mild comments so far, then good luck finding a decent forum that won't do the same. I can tell you for a fact that the WannaBeBig forums are 10 times more scathing than the responses here.
 
iight fine, ill take ur guys word for it, but isnt monohydrate just as cosmetic and temerary as nething else im taking? I heard that mass retention is all u get, wont i lose that mass after i go off it? and whats good monohydrate brand btw?

I think you should delete this post before asking for anymore help, or edit with an apology. You asked people who had more knowledge, gave you excellent info, then became rude. Totally uncalled for.
 
I am not going to appologize, because excellent info does not mean making a noob feel like an idiot. Instead of giving helpful comments i got my post ripped apart, with things like

That was just an observation, I wasnt arguing that No Explode was good, i just said it seemed to be working and that i saw veins which is what i was told means more blood is getting to your muscles...idk!. It wasnt even a question, just a small side note of an observation.

And i am sorry a made a mistake i was asking about how much creatine was in the products not protein because the bottles do not say grams of creatine, my mistake, but once again i got sarcasm and bull ****, if you had the time to link me to a site, why not just give the damn answer?!?

All i have to say is my skin is not thin, but i am sick of comming on this forum with a post, and never getting a straight answer without feeling like i did something wrong or like i'm retarted. I made very few posts and I ALWAYS do a search before posting, yet you guys are still asses about everything just because your more knowlegable. So god bye all, I am going to wannabebig.com, i was reading and thus far they are much nicer and straight forward about everything.

Okay man, just admit you didn't search this site. Maybe you searched the internet, but not here. And you contradicted yourself in your statement, so I wasn't sure. If you just want to look good, go with NOx.. If you want real results, you've got to work for them.

It bothers me that people, such as yourself, who don't know everything about a particular supplement, are using it! How do you know it isn't harmful? How do you know it's going to help? When a new supplement comes out, I always take it upon myself to do my own research, not go by what others say, not by what the company says, and not by what a saleman says. YOUR OWN research, I mean this is your body. In no way were my comments to put you down, but respect your body..
 
The answers are simple and straight forward. You were being contradictory and proud. Get it? Or do you want me to get you your ba-ba with some NO-Explode mixed in?
 
Ok i did a f*cking search, thats why it took so long before I posted, link to one thread that lists the amount of creatine in these products, i went to their site, and it didnt list it.
 
Ok, i just posted i'll take your word on the fact that the supps r no good, im not arguing. For the last time, my main question other than wether or not to stop, was how much creatine was in each of the products as to not go over the 5 grams a day. I made a mistake and corrected myself, not protein, but HOW MANY GRAMS OF CREATINE ARE IN EACH SUPPLIMNET. You guys told me i didnt serarch,and I did, no websites and no threads containing this info. So dont tell me i didnt research. Plus i got the supps really cheap a half bottle of NO Explode for 9 dollars from a friend so y not give it a shot? I am stopping the suppliments and as said before i put much more enphasis on eating right and weighttraining properly than ne thing else, but once again you guys told me im taking the easy way out or sumthing, further proving you are all asses, and i am not proud or think i know everything, i just admitted u all r more knowlegable and i am taking your word on the supps, and if i was so proud, i would not have posted for your advice in the first place! i just think your all rude.

There were over 74 million links just from typing in Cell Mass in teh google engine relating to Cell Mass. You didn't search very hard. This reminds me of the other day while in class and the students are working on a research project on the Canterbury Tales and suddenly they've forgotten/don't know how to use a search engine to find material and tehy want me to find all the info for them.

And there's a huge difference between being up front/honest/etc and being rude. No one insulted you, no one called you names. The truth is I can't count the number of times someone has asked about No Explode...a simple search in this forum would've given you all the info you need.

So, take this how you will...

I typed in Cell Mass at google.com. In less than 5 seconds I came up with a bang load of links...pages and pages and pages. So, you'll prob think this is rude but take it how you will...quit being lazy and mad. Net forums (specially workout related) are notoriously to the point and this one is very very very mild in comparison to the others I've seen/are on/etc

Now, if you've already bought it...just use the rest of it on your workout days.
 
Ok well this is my question to you, and this is not picking on you and or this forum in particular and i am not mad. But once a forum has been open for 2-5 years, almost every question that can be asked has been asked, so why bother posting on a forum? Why not just turn it into a giant data base? I read almost all of these threads and they can easily be answered by searching, yet my post is one of the few that gets told to search or gets linked to other sites. Sometimes a newb has trouble decifering long pages of technical info (i get it on other forums too) and i post because im looking for a shortened down easier to understand answer, yet all i get is a link to a site filled with jargon i cant understand. In addition, some posts are from a year or two ago, and yes i read all the main threads on No Explode, but sometimes that info could be outdated, or new more knowlegable people join the forum and have something new to bring to the table. I dont understand if u had the time to find the link on google and send it to me that it has 3000mg of creatine, why you couldnt save your time and just write "3000 mg" Because ANYTHING can be found on google, not all of it makes sense, so why should i bother posting on a forum ever? Btw im not sure how many mg or in a g so that doesnt help as to whether taking 2 servings a day puts me over 5 grams. And yes i know i can find that conversion on google too, so im not gonna bother asking.

3000 mg=3 grams milli=thousand so a milligram is 1 gram
A typical trainee only needs between 3-6 grams. The CEE in Cell Mass is touted as better than monohydrate when it's not.

I think it's the way your questions were worded. I think you might have gotten a better response if you had asked something like "this cell mass has 3000 mg of creatine in it...I'm not sure how many milligrams are in a gram, so I'm not sure if I should take 1 serving or 2." Or something worded that way.

Anyway, 1-2 servings will be enough.

Some of the members pointed out that supplements won't do jack unless your diet is in check. I think this is an important issue and one that should be addressed to see results from working out.

I just figured you wanted the info that was on teh back of the bottle and so that's why my response and a few of the others.

Thank you, i appologize to all of you for making an ass out of myself and getting frustrated, but this is not the only forum where i spend 10 minutes writting a post just to get a bunch of reponces were people tell me to search or just flame. Its nothing personal and i appreciate your help.
