NO Explode after workout?

Well i recently started taking NO explode (for about the last two weeks) and I can tell ya the stuff really works. But thats not why I'm writing this. I know you're supposed to take it before you work out about an hour or so before, but does it still work after you work out? It's simply creatine and nitrogen basically right? So wouldn't it be equally as effective, at least the creatine aspect if you took it after you worked out? I was just wondering because today I couldn't go home and take it right before my work out so after my work out I drank my protien shake, waited an hour, then took my NOX. Is this ok, and if not why? Any comments?

creatine absorption is high post workout, as the body wants all kinds of nutrients, esp protein/amino acids, and simple carbs for muscle glycogen.

the whole 'point' of NOExplode is the caffine in it gives you energy for the workout...and the fake 'pump' of an NO product.

frankly, I would use up the EXplode, and quit wasting money on it.
Spend $15 for 500g of Creatine Monohydrate, and that'll be 100 doses, or just over 3 months of supplement.
 
Is it just me or do too many people use NO2? lol.. I think I saw 4 threads related to it in the NEW POSTS section lol!
 
So you're saying i'm basically drinking a heavily cafinated energy drink and would be better off taking a swig of red bull before working out and then taking creatine after working out. I'm leary to stop using NOexplode because I definately get better work outs in when I use it, but if someone knows a safe alternative to what you refer to as a "fake pump" and what I refer to as a "energy boost" please let me know. Also Isn't the nitrogen one of the main selling points of NO, and very necessary to protien synthesis? So if I cut out NO and took creatine, where would my nitrogen come from?

you'll get NO from all the other foods you eat. the ONLY reason your workouts are better is the caffine boost, and mental effect of thinking it should be better because you're on NO explode.

Do a lot of research. Try reading www.t-nation.com its free and it cuts out the bullsh*t and keeps it real.
 
Haha its funny you say that because just the other day I was wondering if I simply heard NO worked I tricked myself into feeling better for the work out. The old sugar pill trick ey..... dam gets me every time.
